Harmony Signs was established in 1959. The name Harmony came from the original founder's belief that there needed to be harmony between the craftsmen to produce high quality signs on time.
We have based the foundation of our business on this approach which we extend to clients and suppliers alike. Harmony Signs provide solutions based on traditional standards. With the aid of modern technology we are able to create the best forms of visual communications for your business. Signage is the key element to attracting potential customers, informing them of the nature of your business and forming recognition and brand awareness. Martin L. Smith MRICS - Managing Director Martin took over the company 12 years ago. He is a qualified graphic designer and chartered surveyor. Donna Moss - Secretary Donna has worked at Harmony for 4 years. She started as a modern apprentice and achieved an NVQ2 in Business Administration, progressing to be the company's secretary. In her spare time Donna is a keen wine connoisseur and can be found socializing in the local hotspots. Email Donna here |

Gary Winstone - Production Manager, Sales Administration Gary has been working at Harmony for 12 months. His skills are Customer Service and Sales. After hours he plays pool down at the pub and Gary is mad about computers and computer games. Email Gary here |

James King - Account Manager James has been with Harmony for 18 months. He is a graphic artist and was marketing manager for a retail shop chain. He now manages the accounts and is advisor to our customers. When he's not at work, his hobbies are motorbikes, mountain bikes, coastal walks, architecture and socializing with friends. Lisa Booth - Sales Manager Lisa has been with Harmony for 6 years and started in the sign trade 24 years ago. Lisa is a qualified sign maker.She is now a proud mum and I am sure you will catch up with how things are going. Beth Jones - Financial Director Beth started at Harmony in 2003. She has accountancy qualifications and worked in finance for over 20 years. She is a bit of a "socialite". Beth enjoys dinner & dancing, going to the theatre at London's glitzy Westend. However, her real passion is sailing around the Mediterranean. Email Beth here |

Lewis Robinson - Signmaker Lewis is a serious signmaker having completed sound training on manufacturing and routing techniques to create individual 3d signage he has also completed a two year carpentry course. When you can stop Lewis enthusing about signs you will find him riding around pretending to be Valentino Rossi!

Chris Mason - Printer, Vinyl Applicator, Signmaker Chris is a qualified graphic designer that has worked within the sign industry creating corporate design and 3D interpretations for distinctive signage. He has also developed hands on skills with printing vehicle graphics as well as general signmaking. When Chris is allowed some time away from designing he can be found (trying to) sing in local pubs! |

Ian Marshall - Project Manager Ian has been with Harmony for 12 years on and off. He has 20 years experience in the sign trade. His skills are graphic design and project managing. Ashley Wing - Printer, Vinyl Applicator, Signmaker Ashley has been with Harmony for 9 years. He is a qualified screenprinter, vinyl applicator and is qualified in wrapping vehicles. He does all our digital printing. Ashley is a keen movie maker. He is always reading scripts and directing movies. He also loves art and photography. |

Ryan Stoneman - Printer, Vinyl Applicator, Signmaker Ryan achieved his GNVQ Signmaking and passed a course in vehicle wrapping. He has been working at Harmony for 5 years. He has very unique hobbies, namely, quantum physics, chess, head of Paignton book club, snake charmer and goat herding. |

Joe Downey - Workshop Manager Joe has sixteen years experience in the sign industry and is our workshop and installations manager. He is a very knowledgeable signmaker and installer working with a skilled team of five signmakers and installers. He has the full range of safe working certificates to meet all site Health and Safety requirements. When he gets away from signs he can be found riding bare back on his partners horse. |

Lee Burridge - Project Manager Lee has been here the longest. His skills are design, vinyl application and drawing.
